Over the past two years, Media, Self, and Society Scholars have learned how to understand the impact of media and technology in the world.  Starting their collegiate career online and socially distanced, these students have overcome a lot.  From analyzing the entertainment industry through the lens of Media theory, to creating media campaigns designed to influence and inform about current events, these students are ready to move forward as critical media consumers and producers!

In their sophomore year all Media students complete a practicum (hands on learning experience).  Students had the opportunity to complete an internship, research experience, service project, or take an approved course.  This semester students updated their ePortolios to reflect on their practicum experience and their next steps, as they move out of scholars and towards their careers.  Please click through the tabs above to see their work!
